How to create an account?

Before you buy your first item. You must create an account. Follow the Instruction in the checkout process.

Is there any possible way to change my nickname ?

No you cannot, so choose carefully your nickname when you create your account.

I can’t write/speak in Discord

Check this steps:

  1. My Discord Account is Approved with E-Mail
  2. Waiting timer is over (10 min)
  3. I accepted the Discord Rules with the accept Icon on #rules

It’s allowed to sell my Account?

It’s not allowed at our Site. Before purchase you had accept the Terms of Uses. There is a Text that isn’t allowed.

Am I able to change my email address?

For security reasons, you can change your email address. My Account -> Acccount .

Can I change my password?

Yes you can. My Account -> Account .

Is there a typical processing time for getting an answer on my ticket?

There is no guarantee about the processing time but usually you can get an answer in few hours.

Are the applications available for OSX and Linux?

For instant, the applications are only available for Windows OS (the minimum requirements is Windows Vista). For extra Information please look at the Spec -list from each Product.

Is the activation instant?

In general it is, however it is possible that it takes more time, from a few minutes to a few hours.

How can I download my applications?

Once you paid, you just have to go to the menu “My Account” on the Menu then download the application you want.

At which rate, am I able to change my registered computer?

You may ask for a computer change every time. Open a Ticket please.

Wrong computer. You must use the computer you used at your first connection.

Your licence has been enabled on an other computer, the one from your first connection to an application. You need to use this computer to use your software. If you cannot use it for a valid reason, then you can ask on rare occasions, a reset to use it on another computer, only once at a time. Go to “Support” in the Menu.
